Poo Dollar is not meant to be a dirty game, it is a clean game that exposes peoples greed. Under no circumstances do you ever deviate from the rules. Unsanctioned unendorced methods give Poo Dollar a bad name.

1. You may not ever give a Poo Dollar or place a poo dollar in a position where it could be received by someone of lesser means.

Poo Dollar is a game that teaches regular means people not to take money money from poor people. This is not about what somebody would do for a dollar.

2. The Poo must be completely contained by the folded dollar, and under no circumstances should the poo touch the ground or any thing else.

We are activists, not vandals. No outside part should be punished for someone else's greed.

3. The poo must be positioned as such so that poo does not touch the greedy persons in any such fashion.

4. No runny poo that can soak through a dollar may be used.

5. The identities of the participants in poo dollar may not be know.

Poo Dollar is not about vainity. This is about poo and exposing greed, not about celebrity status.
